Dear All,

Hope this post finds you and your family well and healthy!

We know this has been a unique and challenging year for all. As the board members of the AIMS PTO, please know that we have been working in the background with administration and parents to complete our duties for the school year. Our families have not been exempt from the effects of COVID-19, and as we overcome our obstacles and care for our loved ones, we thank you for your compassion and understanding.

We want to extend an invitation to contributions regarding how you envision the PTO moving forward.

Elections

We are still looking to fill the President and VP positions for the 2020-2021 school year. We are fully aware that there is a lot of unknown , but this is still a necessary step as outlined by our bylaws, and we are committed in embracing and helping out new board members in every way possible.  Please use this form to nominate your choice for the open positions:

Virutal Meeting

Please keep an eye for a Zoom PTO General meeting date where we will discuss in detail current funds and brainstorm ideas for next year.

In the meantime, we know a lot of parents are asking how they can help support PTO through everyday actions. Easy ways to earn money for AIMS :

Box Tops for Education: Buy, Scan, Earn

Each box top earns 10 cents for the school
Box Top is currently in the process of going digital. Until the complete switch is made, we can double up on earnings.

More Fundraising

Due to this year’s circumstances we were unable to conduct a lot of our fundraising events there are still ways to support the PTO for those asking through the purchase of your child’s silhouette for the park or by direct donation to the PTO. These funds will go a long way starting this fall as we are sure there will be a lot of unforeseen expenses.
